About a month ago, I decided to walk away from MoLo.
It was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever made.
How do you know if it’s the right choice after you’ve spent the last 6 years pouring your life into building a business?
The answer is…you don’t.
You’re never really 100% certain of anything.
I have so much love for what we built, and I am so appreciative of the lessons I learned.
That said, the last time I was a bit scared and took a chance, we built the best brokerage the industry has ever seen.
Nothing good comes from being comfortable.
And I think that’s what helped me land on the decision to leave.
I’ll be spending the next few months solo traveling the world to think, learn, and unplug.
First stop: Lisbon, Portugal.
